Fordyce spot turned red?!

Hey I have Fordyce Spots on my penis, I’ve come to terms with that...but sometimes, normally when I’ve been wearing sweaty clothes, a few will turn red and get a little inflamed, I’m just wondering if any of y’all have experienced this?

It’s only happened maybe 3 times in the last 10 years, and it seems to go away pretty quick if I keep the are clean and dry and use some body powder

It’s just freaky
