It looks like fordyce spots. Mine are more spread out and all over and more white colored. I got an appointment with dermatologist coming up. I hope some body finds a cure or fix for it.

I have these underneath my foreskin. I have a few questions. Do they feel almost as if there's something hard inside and soft on some spots? I'm just worried that these could be some sort of warts. I've had mine for about 4 years now, and I'm super worried that they won't go away. They look pretty much exactly like this but white and ever so slightly raised. I've tried numbing the area and cutting them open, but nothing seems to come out. I'm not sure if that's because the oil and buildup is cut off and mixed with the skin, or simply because of their size. Does anybody know if warts last that long? I've never had sex, but received oral 7-8 years ago. These spots were not present till 2015 or so, so I do not believe that these have anything to do with that. It stresses me out because it's hard to depict as to what they really are. I feel like they're just oil glands one week, and then then the next I feel like they're warts because some of them are joined like how they are in the pictures present. I do not think they are herpes because I've never experienced any pain or blistering, but I have felt some discomfort (but that's only if I touch them). If somebody could give some information, it'd be much appreciated. I've noticed that Fordyce spots vary in shape and size and I'd have to say that these upset me the most. I have them on my shaft as well.
It's unfortunate because some dermatologists and doctors give different answers, one saying to one person that they look like condylomas or some sort of flat wart, but they look far more like sebaceous glands. I guess it's just the stigma?
